What is Clutch's obligation under the Terms of the 3-month Protection Plan?

Assuming your vehicle breakdown is covered under our 3-month Protection Plan, we will:

  • Refund the vehicle or repair or replace the covered parts that caused the breakdown. Replacement parts may be of like kind or quality. This may include the use of new, remanufactured, or used parts.

  • Reimburse you for towing expenses up to a limit of CAD $75 per occurrence.

  • Note: We may also reimburse you for the costs of a rental vehicle, subject to pre-approval by Clutch and a receipt from the rental car provider.
