What are the limits on your 10-day Money Back Guarantee?

To return or exchange your vehicle, you must let us know within 10 days of receiving your vehicle (or before you have driven 750 km—whichever comes first). Vehicles purchased with a Basic package do not qualify. We cannot accept a return if the vehicle is not in the same condition in which it was delivered or has a lien or other unpaid fee (other than financing arranged through Clutch). If you choose to exchange your vehicle, you can make up to two vehicle exchanges in 30 days, but note that the third vehicle will not come with a 10-Day Money-Back Guarantee. Third-party fees, including financing and government fees, are not eligible for refund. If you traded in another vehicle when making your purchase, the trade-in vehicle shall not be returned to you. Instead, you will be reimbursed for the trade-in value determined at the time of the initial sale less any applicable lien(s).
