I sold my car to Clutch but an auto loan/lease payment was still withdrawn from my bank account.

If a loan payment was withdrawn from your bank account after you already sold your car to us, don’t worry. That is simply because it can take 10-14 business days for the lender to process our payment. The amount will be refunded back to you by your lender.  

If a lease payment was withdrawn from your bank account after you sold your vehicle to us, please reach out with proof of funds withdrawal and Clutch will reimburse you.
