What are shipping fees? Are they refundable?

Shipping fees cover reserving a trailer slot to transport your vehicle to the nearest city we serve that day. Shipping fees are separate from delivery fees, which cover last-mile delivery from that city to your door. Shipping fees are generally refundable, except for inter-province routes (e.g., Ontario to the East Coast) and certain routes like Toronto to London or Ottawa.
