Can I buy a car under the Essential Package and return it within the 10-days and then re-buy it under the Basic Package?

Unfortunately not. Once you purchase a vehicle under any non-Basic Package you cannot return the vehicle or downgrade to the Basic package. All non-Basic package vehicles undergo extensive interior and exterior detailing and another set of inspections which cannot be reversed.
